The beds were comfy and clean. The room was clean and relatively quiet (3rd floor). For the dollar value it was okay given that we were at a conference and only there to sleep and shower.
The hotel lobby and especially the elevator had a funky smell. Almost sewer like but not quite. The parking in the back was not convenient as there was no door to access the hotel so we had to walk around, late at night with sketchy people coming in and out of the bar. It did not feel safe, especially when we were being yelled at by bar patrons. The bathroom had a coat of paint covering peeling, cracked paint and bubbling ceiling. There was water leaking from toilet. But the rooms were maintained, clean and we didn't feel unclean staying there. Just some details need to be attended to.

During my 2-night stay at this place, I really enjoyed the convenient location. It's right by West Edmonton and South Common, making it easy to explore around. I was pleasantly surprised to find HDMI ports in the room 🎉. I also had a nice meal at the on-site restaurant nearby.

Beautifully kept and great venue, optimal location just next door to Edmonton, the Wedt Ed mall, and the restaurant, truly enjoyed our stay. Was an interesting place for christmas.
Ordered breakfast, it was terrible, it should be far better, really.

The location here is great, right next to a mall and restaurants, and the staff are really friendly - plus, they serve a tasty hot breakfast with jam.

massive renos were done and it is now like a new hotel. The staff were friendly. coffee in the room, a bar fridge. (I only mention this because I was in the US and there was no coffee, no bar fridge and no microwave in the room).
couldn't get on to the wifi. no breakfast. no microwave oven
